This is a new Yogurt, it will produce a creamier, richer and sweeter yogurt. 1 packet will set up to 2 quarts of milk. Yogurt may be runny, so if you would like a thicker product just add 1/4cup of dry milk powder before you add your culture. For an even thicker alternative use some canned evaporated milk.
culture contains: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium species, Steptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp.
