Each kit includes portions of Laughing Cow Light (featured in the New South Beach Diet Book), Cheddar Light, Jarlsberg Light, Laughing Cow Light Herb and Garlic, and Jack Light. Also included in this kit is a box of Carr's Assorted Biscuits for Cheese. These are fine cheeses, and even though they have a lower calorie content, you will be sure to find them wonderfully decadent.
