do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavor to locate it for you. Many unusual cheeses and configurations
of large wheels or cuts are only available by special order and in limited quantity, so please ask. We also offer
cheese related tools and accoutrements, including knives and other slicers, cutting boards and fondue pots.
